Subscription Terms

Here are the subscription terms in plain text:

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS — COLDCAKE Version 1.0 · Last updated: 2026-05-15

  1. TIERS AND PRICES

First Oven — €549/month — 5 cakes (2× S + 3× M, round) — cancellable monthly Full Bake — €999/month — 10 cakes (4× S + 4× M + 2× L, round + rectangular) — cancellable monthly Whole Bakery — €4,490/month — 50 cakes (10× S + 25× M + 10× L + 5× XL, all shapes) — cancellable monthly Custom — from €7,500/month — custom volume (100+), custom box branding — after quote

All prices include 6% VAT. Premium flavors (Oreo, KitKat, M&M's) cost +€10 per cake extra, invoiced separately via Stripe.

  1. HOW IT WORKS

  2. Sign up via coldcake.be. First payment today, then automatically every month on the same day.

  3. On the 1st of each month, we send a briefing form: which cakes go where? Fill in before the 10th.

  4. We bake between the 11th and 24th, deliver between the 15th and 25th.

  5. For each delivery, you will receive a photo with a date and time stamp.

  1. WHEN WE DEBIT

On the monthly anniversary date of your signup. Example: signup June 12 → invoice July 12, August 12, ...

In case of failed payment: day 0 notification, day 3 / day 5 / day 7 retry. In case of definitive failure: subscription automatically paused.

  1. CHANGING YOUR TIER

Upgrade or downgrade takes effect from the next cycle. No pro-rata refund for the current cycle. Pausing is possible for a maximum of 2 months per calendar year — you do not pay for paused months.

Changes via reply to a ColdCake email or via coldcake.be/account.

  1. CANCELLATION

All tiers are cancellable monthly, no lock-in.

Cancellation before the next debit date: no next invoice. Cancellation after debit: current cycle expires, no refund. Cancel via coldcake.be/account/subscriptions or by replying to a ColdCake email.

ColdCake confirms cancellation within 24 hours and offers a free cake once in exchange for feedback.

  1. WHAT IF YOU DON'T BRIEF CAKES THIS MONTH?

Briefing form not completed before the 10th: we send reminders on the 7th and 11th. Still no response: tier automatically paused for that month. You do pay, but cakes are saved for the next cycle (max 1 month). After 60 days of radio silence: subscription automatically canceled.

  1. DISSATISFIED WITHIN A CYCLE

Quality complaints: see General Terms and Conditions art. 8. In addition, we offer subscribers a quarterly satisfaction call (30 min) and an extra complimentary cake for significant quality faults.

  1. HOLIDAYS AND CLOSURE PERIODS

Closed from December 21 to December 31. Fridays between Ascension Day and Pentecost (confirmed annually). During closure: no invoicing, or if already invoiced: early delivery.

  1. SPECIAL RECIPIENT REQUIREMENTS

Allergy information must be stated in the briefing form per recipient. Maximum 2 delivery attempts if not present. Message on the cake: max 60 characters, no profanity or copyrighted material.

  1. LIABILITY

Limited to the price of one monthly cycle.

  1. CHANGES

Active subscribers will be informed by email at least 30 days in advance. During these 30 days, you can cancel free of charge if you do not agree.
