How fresh is the cake?
Baked on the morning of delivery by a vetted Antwerp partner bakery. We deliver in person the same day.
What if the recipient is not there?
We will make one delivery attempt. If the office is closed or reception refuses the cake, we will contact you within the hour. Not delivered = not paid.
What VAT rate?
6%, the Belgian reduced rate for baked goods. Prices on the site include VAT. B2B invoices split 6% (cake) / 21% (services or non-food).
Can I upload a logo or design?
Yes, drag a PNG, JPG or PDF (max 10MB) into the upload box. We print it in edible ink on sugar icing. The baker will make a proof before delivery.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Minimum 48 hours for standard flavors, 72 hours for premium (Oreo, KitKat, M&M's). Same-day sometimes possible, please ask us.
