Returns Policy

ColdCake Returns & Refund Policy

ColdCake is a perishable food product. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of delivered cakes. We refund or re-deliver in the following cases.

100% refund or free re-delivery if: delivery failed due to our error; the cake arrived damaged; the cake was delivered more than 2 hours after the agreed time slot; or the cake did not match the order (wrong flavor, size, or shape).

50% refund or free re-delivery if: the recipient was not present during the confirmed delivery slot; or the provided address was incorrect or the recipient no longer works there.

No refund for: recipient refusing the cake for personal reasons; or recipient preference (we deliver what was ordered).

Cancellation before the bake day: free cancellation with full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled bake. Within 48 hours: 50% refund (the bakery has started). After the bake: no refund possible.

Subscriptions: monthly cycles can be cancelled up to 7 days before the 1st of the next billing period. Custom contracts (3-month minimum) follow your individual agreement.

How to request a refund: email orders@coldcake.be within 24 hours of (missed) delivery with your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo if possible. We reply within one business day. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
