Food-safe ink based on glycerine + plant-based colourants. No allergens in the print itself. The ink sits on an edible interlayer, not directly on the cake.

Vanilla and Chocolate both contain gluten (wheat), egg, milk and nuts (almond, in the marzipan). Traces of peanut, soy, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites and lupin cannot be ruled out, because the bakery also makes products with these raw materials, in the same room. Fish, crustaceans and molluscs are not in the recipe and not among the raw materials the bakery lists.
