At checkout you flag what to avoid (nuts, milk, gluten, eggs, soy, sesame). If you don't know your prospect's allergies, choose "Ask the prospect" — we send them one line before the bakery starts.

This page lists, per flavour, which of the fourteen legally declared allergens it contains. Want the complete list for exactly your order? Mail info@coldcake.be and you'll get it the same working day. No card is included with the cake.

Then we'll contact you, the orderer, before the bakery starts. If we're missing an allergen detail we need, we'll check with you first. Nothing goes out the door blind.

Yes. Vanilla and Chocolate are both nut-free by default. Note "Nut-free" with your order.

On request. Chocolate can be made lactose-free (butter → plant-based margarine). Fully vegan (no egg) is possible, but the flavour profile changes. Email info@coldcake.be for specific combinations.

Food-safe ink based on glycerine + plant-based colourants. No allergens in the print itself. The ink sits on an edible interlayer, not directly on the cake.
