Yes, completely. Each cake has a card with a QR code that leads to an ingredients page. There you will find the complete list for your specific cake, plus the 14 mandatory allergens.

By default, we send him one line ('Just checking: are there any allergies we need to be aware of?'). Received a reply? We adjust the order. No reply within 24 hours? We will not deliver and will refund you.

Yes. Vanilla, Lemon, and Carrot are standard nut-free. The bakery has a separate workspace for nut-containing cakes (Praline, Hazelnut). Please mention "Nut-free" when ordering.

On request. Not all flavours are available gluten-free (Red Velvet and Lemon are the two easiest). Gluten-free option has a +€15 surcharge due to special flour.

On request. Lemon and Chocolate can be made lactose-free (butter → vegetable margarine). Fully vegan (no egg) is possible, but the flavour profile changes. Email info@coldcake.be for specific combinations.

Food-safe ink based on glycerine + vegetable dyes. No allergens in the print itself. Approved according to EU 1333/2008. The ink is on a layer of sugar icing, not directly on the cake.

Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet, Carrot, Lemon → wheat, milk, egg. Praline → wheat, milk, egg, nuts. Oreo, KitKat, M&M's → wheat, milk, egg, soy, possible nuts (cross-contamination). The QR code on the card provides the exact list per cake.
