Vanilla and Chocolate contain gluten (wheat), egg, milk and nuts (almond). Every cake is covered in marzipan, which contains almonds. The bakery also works with other allergens, so traces cannot be ruled out. There is no nut-free, gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan version. All allergens are on the allergens page.

You pass nothing on at checkout, there is no field for it. We do not ask the recipient anything about their allergies and no card goes with the cake. The allergens of the cake are on the page behind the QR code on the cake, so the recipient decides for themselves before cutting it. If you want more than that list, ask for the full bakery specification at info@coldcake.be. You do not need to tell us which allergy anyone has.

Medium (8-12), Large (16-20) and Extra Large (24-30). Medium is the default; for a single recipient, Medium is enough. Rectangular is the standard shape. Round is also possible and costs less in every size; you see the exact amount while you put your cake together.

A round cake comes in every size. In size M the print is small, and small details are hard to see. For a round cake, size L is a good choice.

Yes, on every cake and in every campaign. Your logo and the QR code go on the cake itself in edible ink. Your message sits behind the QR code: the recipient sees it after scanning. No separate card is included.

Food-safe ink on an edible interlayer, not directly on the cake itself. Fully edible, tastes neutral, gets eaten along with the cake.

It opens the design in AR. The recipient scans the code with the normal camera on their phone, points it at the cake, and the design starts moving on the screen. No app is needed, it works in the browser on iPhone and Android.

Behind that same code there is also a page with your message.

Then the same design is on the same page, in motion, as a video. That happens when the camera is switched off, when the network doesn't load the AR, or when someone opens the link on a computer. If someone opens the link in the built-in browser of an app such as LinkedIn or Instagram, the page asks them to open it in Safari or Chrome.

Your message is on that page either way.

48 hours is the minimum lead time, so you order at least two days ahead. You then choose the delivery date yourself in the builder, as far ahead as you like.

We make up to 2 delivery attempts, on different working days, and tell you the same working day how each attempt went. Is the office closed or does reception refuse the cake? We never leave it behind. You choose: your money back or a new cake free of charge on another day. If we can't deliver, you don't pay.

Photo proof from our own driver lands in your inbox right after delivery, from the same person who delivers the cake. There's also a QR code on the cake: if the recipient scans it with their phone, your design comes alive in AR on their screen. Those scans land with ColdCake, so ask us and we will tell you whether it was scanned. One proof in your inbox, one moment on the recipient's phone.

6%, the reduced Belgian rate on pastry. We show prices incl. VAT on the public site. B2B invoices split: 6% on the cake, 21% on services or non-food.

You choose a tier (5, 10, 50 or 100+ cakes per month). On the 1st of each month we send a form: which cakes go where this month? You fill it in once, we deliver all month. No invoice per cake.

Eerste Oven, Volle Bak and Hele Bakkerij can be cancelled monthly, with no minimum term. For Op maat, the term and the cancellation are set out in the quote. To cancel, email info@coldcake.be or reply to an email from ColdCake; we confirm your cancellation within 24 hours. If you cancel before the next payment date, no new payment is taken. A month that is already paid is still carried out, without a refund. Everything is in the campaign terms, article 5.

One: 20% off your first order through the builder, with the code EERSTECAKE20. For the cake, the design and the video, once per customer, not for campaigns. Beyond that, no friends-and-family codes, no Black Friday.

100% back if not delivered. We don't refund based on whether the prospect replied, we deliver the cake and they choose whether to respond. That's the deal.

A B2B invoice per order, made out to your company, with the VAT amount listed separately. How that expense is treated depends on your own situation. ColdCake does not give tax advice, ask your accountant.

You can cancel a single order free of charge up to 48 hours before the delivery date: email info@coldcake.be and you get the full amount back, or choose a new date free of charge. Later than 48 hours before delivery, the order is with the partner bakery. We then do not refund, but you get 1 free new delivery date within 30 days, or you collect the cake by appointment. For a cake in a campaign, the campaign terms apply. That is how the Refund policy puts it.

No. The sender's logo is on the cake itself. The QR code leads to who is sending it and why, with an address to reply to. Delivery is to a work address, never to a home address. Nobody is misled.

The QR code on the cake leads to a page showing who sent the cake and why, with an address to reply to. If the recipient wants no more cakes, they email info@coldcake.be with the subject "Geen ColdCake meer": within 5 working days they are permanently on a block list and nobody can send them a cake through us again. At checkout you confirm that the recipient's address is a business address and that you have a lawful basis to send them a gift at work. Everything is in the Privacy policy, 2.4 and chapter 4.
